Precious Gift

My sister called me yesterday to give me some exciting news. She just had her final ultrasound before she gives birth next month. I’m going to have a niece! This is such exciting news because all my sons are boys and it would be the first time we’ll have a baby girl in the family.

As early as now, I know what I would give my sister during the baby shower. I’m going to buy her a set of the cutest girls crib bedding that I’m sure she’ll be ecstatic to have. We’ve always talked about how nice it would probably be to dress up her nursery with pink and frilly things. Finally, we can make that happen before the baby comes.
